When will I receive my order?- We use First Class and Priority shipping to ship your orders. It takes approximately 3-7 business days from processing to be delivered.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

How do promo codes work and can I use more than one?
- During checkout, apply your promo code in the 'Discount Code' bar. Only one promo code can be used per order.
Will my huaraches stretch?
- Yes, they are made with 100% real leather. It takes a couple uses for them to mold and stretch.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
- Remove before sleeping, showering, and exercising.
- Apply jewelry after applying your makeup, perfume, and hairspray.
- Don't clean your jewelry with chemicals. Use a clean cloth to gently massage.
Can you record my order and post on social media?
- Yes! Please add a note to your order with your username and we will post it on our Instagram and Tiktok @latinapalace
